The condo is situated beachfront on the Atlantic Ocean. When stepping out the front door, you have spectacular view of the intracoastal waterway. While on the balcony, you have a stunning view of South Daytona Beach and Atlantic Ocean.
The location is a 5 minute walk from the North Turn…the place where Daytona’s racing history began in 1936.
You are also just a 7 minute drive from the most southern point of Ponce Inlet where you will see the historical Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse.
One of the great things about this part of South Daytona Beach is that there are no cars allowed. If you wish to drive along the beach, head north just a few miles and viola!
Bury your feet in the sand and enjoy your stay at the condo.
The view is amazing. Stepping outside you’ll have a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and Daytona Beach.
Often, you’ll see dolphins swimming offshore or pelicans grouped together surfing the ocean without effort. Sometimes the pelicans will gain altitude and enter a dramatic dive…splashing into the warm ocean hopefully getting a meal for it’s diving effort.
Looking down, left or right, you’ll see beach goers of all kinds. In the morning, it’s common to see people riding their bicycles, jogging or walking for zenfull exercise as the ocean waves crash next to them.
As the sun begins to heat up the day, umbrellas, beach chairs, bathing suits and sandcastles are the prominent views.
Let your mind relax and enjoy the view from above or at sea-level.
